As a great student of strength training Ashley continues to be innovative in her abilities to create incredible workouts centered around strength training from a very traditional method of body building. With a keen ability to help clients exceed their personal fitness and wellness goals, Ashley most enjoys working with athletes and individuals from a very diverse background. Ashley has worked very well with children, seniors, NCAA Division I athletes, and clients just looking to lose some weight and improve their overall health.
