Bio

As an accomplished track athlete at Haddon Heights HS Mike competed in the 100 & 200 meter sprints between 2013 – 2017. Mike has considerable experience training young athletes, focusing on helping them develop techniques to improve their speed, quickness, lateral movements along with their overall agility. As a nationally certified instructor in the area of strength conditioning, Mike also serves to help individuals exceed their goals of enhancing their fitness levels and conquering their desired fitness goals. Mike has an excellent record of training high level NCAA athletes. Certification: American Sports & Fitness (ASFA) – Group & Personal Training Strengths: Sport Specific Training, Muscle Gains, Speed, Quickness, and Agility Development
