A total body program originally called “Contrology” and developed by the late Joseph H. Pilates. This workout integrates all of the muscles of the body while strengthening core strength, improving flexibility, posture and alignment. This is a traditional mat class that incorporates the use of small apparatus such as balls, weights, rings and bands.
