Miranda is one of our Elite Fitness Instructors here at Flex360Fitness. She’s the epitome of a group fitness leader, a fitness pro who passionately coaches others to reach their full potential – not just in the group fitness studio, but in all aspects of life. She is a former collegiate athlete with a unique ability to encourage her members to push themselves above and beyond their “comfort zone.” Her considerable experience in endurance training, weight training, and core and stability training has translated into a magnitude of success. Miranda is a NASM/AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES, BS Nutrition & Dietetics). She has been a Les Mills instructor for over 5 years and will be teaching our Kickboxing, Total Body Burn, and HITMIX30 classes.
