After a very heated round of “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes” as a child, Kiayan had found her calling. Since life is all about being flexible, both physically and mentally, she knew her challenge would be bringing that lesson not only to herself but others. She is proudly a lifelong learner and strongly believes that personal growth should always be on the agenda. Growing up as a track and field and cross country runner, Kiayan knew that training your brain is just and important as training your body. The practice of yoga is just as much about strengthening your body, as it is about learning how to be comfortable in your own mind. Handstands and backbends are impressive to watch but witnessing the calm positive energy a person exudes when sitting in sukasana is magical. Kiayan is 500 hour certified from Yoga Works Los Angeles.
