Greetings I'am a certified Kundalini/ Sattva Yoga teacher. My passion is to assist you in remembering who you truly are, and leaving every class loving your life. I teach Powerful Breath work, Kriya ( repetitive movements) Body locks, & Mantra's. All of these techniques are to raise your vibration which expands your consciousness to release negativity, mental blocks, destructive habits, fears, anxiety, anything that is not serving you to be your best self. All levels of practitioner are welcome. This is a yoga for everyone.
