Maribel Bleeker: Exercise Science B.A., RRCA Running Coach, Silver Sneakers, ACA Certified Caregiver

Maribel Bleeker is a Health Fitness Specialist in Palm Beach County Florida. She’s trained in Fall Prevention and Parkinson’s disease and loves assisting seniors. She’s also a running coach and loves to train new runners toward achieving their running goals. She has been in the fitness industry for 25 years and is passionate about helping people of all ages become healthier versions of themselves. She opened and taught one of the first bootcamps in the area, the “North Palm Beach Adventure Boot Camp for Women” from 2008 to 2015. Today Maribel continues to work with clients and is committed to helping people transform their lives. She loves watching people come to the realization that they can make changes for the better even later in life. She recently became a certified caregiver and is looking forward to helping others in that capacity as well.  On a personal note, Maribel has been married to hubby, Roy for 21 years. They love animals and have two pups and three kitties. In her spare time, she loves running outdoors, lifting weights and practicing her guitar. She appreciates each day that is gifted to her and her family and strives to be the best possible version of herself always.
