Description

Strength & Balance: Use different forms of resistance equipment and easy to follow movements to strengthen the whole body. Balance work is incorporated to strengthen the core and help prevent falls. Equipment needed: light dumbbells, resistance band and chair.  

You can sign into the class 15 minutes before the start time.
