BODYFLOW™ A yoga class from Les Mills that includes Pilates and Tai Chi. A carefully structured series of stretches, movements and poses to music followed by relaxation will bring the body and mind into a state of harmony and balance. Options given for all levels. 

Actual class time is 9:40-10:40am. You can enter the class 15 minutes before the start time.
