Our nutrition coaches are also board certified behavior analysts meaning that they have graduate school training in the science of behavior change with an emphasis on identifying the purpose of behaviors and establishing better habits. They provide individual and group coaching with an emphasis on sustainable behavior changes.
The purpose of “Nutrition 101” is to provide an introduction to basic nutrition topics and behavior strategies to implement healthy habit changes. The course includes nutritional content videos as well as live interactions with content instructors.
