AJ Rodrigue

Senior Program Manager of Wellness & Sports Behavior Analytics

AJ Rodrigue is a firm believer in simply MOVING – in any way or form. AJ has been a lifelong athlete, from basketball as a five-year-old, track and field in college and now general fitness and strength training as an adult. For the past 11 years, AJ has been part of the Crossfit community – competing in several competitions and coaching adults and kids as a Level 2 trainer for 10 of those years. Using behavior analysis in the fitness community motived AJ to continue serving others in the most crucial part of health and well-being – nutrition. AJ is currently finishing her coursework to obtain her L1 with Precision Nutrition. AJ’s journey with behavior analysis began 14 years ago when working in-home with a family with a child with autism. Since then, AJ obtained a bachelor’s in psychology and sociology from Loyola University New Orleans and went on to graduate from University of Houston Clear Lake with a masters in behavior analysis. AJ is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst in Houston, Texas. She enjoys spending time with her 3 kids and husband and researching and presenting nationally on the maternal mental health of professional women.
